As a service delivery partner, we provide flexible staffing solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of short-term technical projects and long-term residencies. Our policy ensures a streamlined and professional approach to resource engagement, deployment, and management.

1. Scope

This policy applies to all staff augmentation engagements undertaken by EVOLTEC INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY. It outlines the principles, processes, and standards for providing technical resources to our clients for:

  • Short-term project-based assignments.
  • Long-term residencies with extended duration.

2. Resource Engagement

2.1 Resource Selection

  • Resources are selected based on client requirements, including technical skills, certifications, and project-specific expertise.
  • Each candidate undergoes a rigorous vetting process, including technical assessments, background checks, and client-specific criteria.

2.2 Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA)

  • All deployed resources sign NDAs to protect client information.
  • NDAs are maintained between EVOLTEC INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY, the resource, and the client.

3. Resource Deployment

3.1 Onboarding Process

  • Resources are fully briefed on client expectations, project scope, and organizational protocols before deployment.
  • Any required access, tools, or systems are facilitated by EVOLTEC INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY in coordination with the client.

3.2 Transition Period

  • A two-week transition period is provided for resources to integrate into the client environment. During this time, adjustments may be made to optimize performance.

4. Performance Management

4.1 Monitoring and Reporting

  • Regular performance evaluations are conducted to ensure alignment with client expectations.
  • Progress reports are shared with clients at agreed intervals.

4.2 Issue Resolution

  • Any performance concerns raised by the client are addressed within 5 business days.
  • Replacement of resources, if necessary, will be facilitated within 10 business days for short term projects, 40 Business Days for long term residency.

5. Confidentiality and Data Protection

  • All resources adhere to strict confidentiality protocols.
  • EVOLTEC INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY ensures compliance with relevant data protection regulations.

6. Terms and Conditions

6.1 Engagement Duration

  • Short-term engagements: Typically, 1–3 months.
  • Long-term residencies: A minimum of 6 months with the possibility of extensions.

6.2 Termination or Replacement of Resources

  • Clients may request resource replacement with a notice period of 15 business days, except in cases of urgent misconduct.
  • EVOLTEC INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY retains the right to withdraw resources under extraordinary circumstances with prior notice to the client.

7. Payment Terms

  • Billing is conducted monthly unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • Payment terms are Net 30 from the invoice date.

8. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the success of the engagement, clients are expected to:

  • Provide clear project requirements and objectives.
  • Facilitate necessary access and resources for deployed staff.
  • Maintain open communication channels for feedback and issue resolution.

9. Policy Review

This policy is reviewed annually to ensure it remains aligned with industry standards and client needs.
