These terms apply to clients engaging EVOLTEC Information Technology LLC for IT consultancy, outsourcing, support, and professional services.
EVOLTEC provides IT outsourcing, consultancy, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, cybersecurity, and support services as defined in each client agreement or Statement of Work (SOW). Services are delivered by certified professionals under agreed timelines and conditions.
All services are governed by a signed agreement and/or SOW between EVOLTEC and the client. The agreement outlines deliverables, duration, pricing, and responsibilities.
Clients must provide clear access to necessary systems, documentation, and personnel to allow us to deliver services effectively. Delays caused by lack of access or communication may impact timelines and are not the responsibility of EVOLTEC.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of services.
Invoices are issued as per the agreed payment schedule and must be settled within the agreed timeframe (typically 30 days). Late payments may incur additional fees or service suspension.
EVOLTEC warrants that services will be performed using reasonable skill and care. However, we do not warrant that our services will be error-free or uninterrupted. Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided and does not include indirect or consequential damages.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice under the conditions outlined in the contract. Any outstanding invoices must be settled in full upon termination.
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, or government restrictions.
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the UAE courts.
